The CRL Rights Commission is a constitutional body established in terms of the South African Constitution of 1996. Its constitutional mandate is to strengthen our constitutional democracy. The Commission was established in order to protect and promote the cultural, religious, and linguistic community rights.

The meeting was called by the member of parliament Hon Jane Mananiso in collaboration with the Merafong City Local Municipality (Deputy Mayor's office) Cllr Mogomotsi.

The purpose is to make organization, faithbased, traditional healers and other stakeholders about the mandate of the commission, explaining the mission, visions and goals of the commission.

On behalf of New Revelation Children’s Hope we are pleased because it was a challenge as we didn't know where to report or advocate for the rights of our beneficiaries.
